BLC Terms & Conditions

Travel & Housing Arrangements: Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel, housing, or hotel accommodations.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided. However, passes may be transferred to another individual before 31st of October 2024 for a transfer fee of $40.

​

Media Recording: Please note that the Barracks Legend Conference (BLC) event will be documented through photographs and videos. By participating, you consent to the possibility of your image being captured and utilized for the promotion of upcoming BLC events. BLC maintains full ownership of all images and footage obtained. Additionally, all attendees will be required to sign an audience release form during the check-in process.

Speaker & Schedule Alterations: Please be advised that the lineup of speakers and conference schedule are subject to adjustments and changes.

Badges: All attendees are required to wear their badges for the duration of the conference. Access will be denied to individuals who do not visibly display their badges.

Privacy: We value your privacy. Your email and shipping/billing addresses will never be shared with third parties.

Code of Conduct: By accepting these terms, you are also agreeing to adhere to the code of conduct at the Barracks Legend Conference. We are dedicated to fostering a respectful environment for all participants, regardless of age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, physical appearance, race, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. Any form of harassment, including but not limited to inappropriate language, unwelcome advances, or discriminatory remarks, is strictly prohibited at our events and on our platforms. This policy applies to all attendees, volunteers, speakers, sponsors, and partners. Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the conference at the discretion of the organizers. Please be aware that in such instances, refunds will not be issued.
